I bought this Pyle stereo and installed in my car 3 months ago. All the wires are clearly labeled so install was cake. This thing does it all. The radio picks up everything, even distant stations. The DVD player performs great. There is also a “loud” button on the interface, and when pressed on dvd it really sounds like your in a theater. The tv works great… when you have an antenna and you are not moving. The buttons also light up blue, which looks sharp. The interface screen could be a little easier to read, however. The screen automatically flips and on its own, and can be programmed to flip out to a certain tilt or angle.

Here are the things that are frustrating.
I have a backup camera installed, and from time to time the source will be stuck in this mode, no matter if you change gears. Also, there is no “clock” button on the interface. The only way to tell the time is by turning the stereo off, or pressing a button on the supplied remote. I can’t seem to even find a clock on the screen after it flips out. Lastly, the screen when playing cds is pretty dull and annoying(Its a picture of an eye and says “pyle view”. I usually just close the screen, but it would be nice to have an option to at least change the background.

All in all, this is packed with great features, is easy to install, and performs just as well as other top brands.

UPDATE:

6 months after install, this radio is showing why Plye is considered a low-end manufacturer. The clock will never keep the correct time. Just for the sake of experimentation, I set my clock on day one. 6 months later, with no tampering or time changes, the clock was 82 minutes slow. TERRIBLE! Also, the touchscreen is pointless and unintuitive. The buttons are hard to see, and do the exact same things as the buttons on the actual unit. You have to have the remote to access any playback features, which makes the touchscreen menu worthless. Also, the av-jacks wouldn’t allow a back up camera install. The backlight is either bright blue and gives headaches in the dark, or so dim you can’t even see the buttons. Lastly and the most irritating thing, the system just crashes every so often. The loud button will stop working, then 2 days later magically work again. The whole system will shut down and erase all your settings. I can’t even say the video is nice, because there is a line on the top that constantly is waving.
This radio is junk.
